Hi Markus,

I am surprised to hear that you do not keep the high-rate data at the BKG data center. CDDIS has these data going back to the start of the transmission of the files; I would think that 1 second sampled data could continue to be of use to the community. Regardless, we at CDDIS want to simplify the archive for both us and user downloads so that is why we proposed generating these tar files, one file/site/day.
