[IGS-DCWG-117] IGS XML Discussion - telecons and new ballot

Dear Colleagues-

Please excuse the delay in communications over the past few weeks on the 
IGS XML effort.  For now, your attention is requested to three topics 
outlined in this e-mail: 1. Notes/webex from the June 10, 2015 telecon; 
2. A new ballot for your participation; 3. Scheduling the next telecon.

_1. June 10 telecon_


Thanks to all who were able to participate in the June 10 telecon and 
special thanks to Nick Brown and Roger Fraser for background and 
presentation of material on GeodesyML. The notes from the telecon are 
available for review by all; additions/corrections/comments as needed

_2. A new ballot for your participation__

Having now received background information on GeodesyML with followup 
discussion during the June 10 telecon, it is apparent that question 
number 1 from the ballot that was circulated in March/April was 
ambiguously phrased. In order to obtain participants' thoughts on the 
initial schema with respect to GeodesyML, please respond to the new, 
rephrased Question 1 in this google doc ballot

_3. Scheduling a July telecon__
_
While there was much progress during the June 10 telecon, further 
discussion towards our first goal of agreement on version 1.0 of the IGS 
XML schema is needed.  Therefore, we are looking several dates in July 
for teleconference #2. Please indicate your availability in this Doodle
