Nick,

I saw the xml example file but not xsd schemas for your format. Have you posted those?
If not, would it be possible? I often find them more helpful than a sample file.

A small side issue - on question 20 on the questionaire I was the only hold-out but I think it was just an issue of nomenclature
- on whether units should be an element.  I think it is standard for units of measure to be an attribute in an element, which seems to be what you have in your example xml, and that's what I prefer as well.
