Dear Nacho and colleagues,

we have just implemented the update in our download procedure. We are 
now able to retrieve RINEX3 files with the long filenames and make a 
selection for the processing if multiple versions of a dataset exist.

After this "exercise" I think the "update" at the end of page 10 needs a 
certain extension, explanation. If a datacenter renames RINEX files into 
long names that source needs to be "U" (unknown) -- alternatively, one 
has to evaluate the history of programs "worked" on this file to find 
out whether it is a "S" (streamed) or "R" (from receiver/direct vendor 
converter) file (here I'm not sure whether such a "reverse" deduction 
from the program name is unique in all cases).

Background for this clarification request is that one may meet several 
versions of the same file with different <data sources> where one has to 
establish a priority list which of the files shall go into the 
processing (what fails if the datacenters automatically would rename 
into "R").
