Whomever is doing the other piece of the registration is not handing off a Total Amount (due) to PayPal.

Dear colleagues,

I have tried to register to the IGS Workshop 2018 in Wuhan, but I can 
not finalize the registration process because of an error message at the 
paiement step, when I click on the Paypal button (see the screenshot 
attached). Did I do something wrong? If the Paypal payment is not 
working, is there any possibility to make the paiement by VISA card?
