Dear sir,
        I am Ramashray yadav Scientist-B from India Meteorologiacal Department(IMD).IMD recently installed a network of 25 ground based GNSS receiver for weather monitoring and climate studies.Presently I am working on estimation of IPWV  from GNSS and their validation with RSRW ,INSAT-3D/3DR satellite derivied PWV , Interested to participate in IGS workshop-2018,Wuhan ,China.
                                            It is requested to kindly  provide  financial assistance to me.
