[Workshop] Fwd: IGS Workshop 2018 - Invitation Letter - Request

Dear Qile, dear Jianghui, dear Ms. Her,

Here at JPL we are preparing to apply for our China Visas, and have an
appointment with the official JPL visa expediting service on Friday. One of
my colleagues, Aurore Sibois, was not able to apply for her visa invitation
until just now (you have just received her application), and needs to be
able to submit her application with the rest of ours on Friday morning in
California (11 PM on Friday in Wuhan). Additionally, the visa expediter has
told us that since she is a French citizen, her visa application will
require more time than United States citizens.

Aurore is a key member of JPL's IGS analysis team, and it is very important
that she is able to attend the workshop.

Could I please ask the favor that you send Aurore her invitation letter as
soon as possible?
