[IGSSTATION-9205] VOIM00MDG Antenna Failure

Dear Colleagues,

We experience a major failure in our VOIM00MDG site, obviously related 
to Antenna or Antenna Cable issues. The site is located quite remotely. 
It will take some time to visit the site for repair.
