[IGSSTATION-9191] [NCKU, GMSD] NCKU Receiver Change and GMSD Planned Downtime

Dear colleagues,

The receiver at NCKU was changed on March 17, 2026, to a JAVAD Delta-3S (firmware v4.5.00), replacing the Trimble NetR9.
The sitelog and RINEX header information have already been updated accordingly.
Please note that this equipment change is being reported with some delay. We apologize for the late notification.

Additionally, GMSD will be temporarily unavailable due to a scheduled power outage between May 19 and May 22, 2026. A data gap is expected during this period.

Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
