[IGSSTATION-9183] MOIU00KEN: resume publication

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to inform that the IGS station located in Eldoret, Kenya (MOIU00KEN), has been restored to operational status following an extended outage.

The receiver firmware has been upgraded, and data publication resumed as of 2026-04-23T17:04:27 UTC.

An updated sitelog will soon be published by IGS' SLM.

We would like to extend our appreciation to the RCMRD (Regional Centre for Mapping of Resources for Development) staff for their outstanding support in restoring the site to full functionality.
