[IGSSTATION-9149] ENAO00PRT Hardware change

Dear Colleagues,

Today our GNSS site in ENAO / Portugal / Azores became online again 
after having changed the outdated SEPT ASTERX4.
We upgraded to SEPT POLARX5 F/W 5.7.0.

An updated log file was submitted.
