[IGSSTATION-9137] HUMG Hardware exchange

Dear Colleagues,

the GNSS station HUMG in Hanoi, (Viet Nam) has being repaired.
Now we installed the “tinyBlack” data logger developed by GFZ with an 
internal JAVAD TR_2S receiver.

An updated log file was submitted.
