[IGSSTATION-9135] GOP700CZE: firmware upgrade

The Trimble NetR9 receiver firmware at the GOP700CZE station was upgraded from
the version 5.60 to the latest version 5.68 on 2026-01-20. The site-log 
was updated in the SLM.
