[IGSSTATION-9129] NIST station missing data: DOY354,355

Dear colleagues,
We apologize for the missing NIST station RINEX data for DOYs 354 and 355 (December 20–21, 2025). A planned power outage in the Boulder area in anticipation of severe weather, compounded by a failure of the secondary (backup) power system, led to spurious excursions of UTC(NIST). The data logged during this period are not representative of UTC(NIST).
