[IGSSTATION-9124] ALBH00CAN: Power and Maser Interruption

Dear Colleagues,

On 2025-12-11 at ~09:15UTC (25345) a power interruption and an issue with the backup power system at station ALBH00CAN resulted in the external H-maser being shutdown and GNSS data delivery being stopped.

Power has been restored and we are accessing the performance of the H-maser currently.  We expect full data delivery to resume in the next 24 hours.
