[IGSSTATION-9100] SPT000SWE: Modified historical files

It has been discovered that data from the receiver on SPT000SWE for the period 2008-05-06 to 2012-01-16 had bad GLONASS observations. 
Since GLONASS observations from this receiver are not useful, all GLONASS data have been removed from the files and the modified files have been resubmitted. 
The site log has also been updated to reflect the change in satellite system for the period.
