[IGSSTATION-9069] GOP600CZE: firmware upgrade

The Septentrio PolaRx5 receiver firmware at the GOP600CZE station was 
upgraded from the version 5.5.0 to the version 5.6.0 today - 2025-09-24. 
The site-log was updated in the SLM and it waits for review.
