[IGSSTATION-9056] GANP00SVK: receiver change

Dear colleagues,

Due to a malfunction of the ethernet connector on the Trimble Alloy receiver at the GANP00SVK station in Slovakia, we had to replace the receiver with another Trimble Alloy today. The new Alloy receiver was installed at 06:55 UTC. The missing daily RINEX data will be resubmitted to the CDDIS.
