[IGSSTATION-9040] PIE100USA: receiver replaced

Dear Colleagues,

Please be advised that the JAVAD TRE_3 DELTA receiver at the Pietown, New Mexico (PIE100USA) has been replaced with SEPT POLARX5TR running firmware 5.6.0.

Data publication will resume shortly.

An updated sitelog will soon be published by IGS' SLM.
