[IGSSTATION-9003] HAL100USA: receiver replaced

Dear Colleagues,

Please be advised that the failed SEPT POLARX5 receiver at the Haleakala Observatory in Maui, Hawaii (HAL100USA) has been replaced with the same model, now running firmware version 5.6.0.

Data publication will resume shortly.

An updated sitelog has already been published by IGS' SLM.
