[IGSSTATION-8993] HAL100USA disk failure

Dear Colleagues,

Please be advised that SEPT PolaRx5 receiver at Haleakala Observatories (HAL100USA) is experiencing disk failure that is causing data outage starting from 2025-07-03T15:00Z.
Work is underway to replace the receiver.
