[IGSSTATION-8985] WARN00DEU: receiver changed

Dear colleagues,

after the receiver failure from May 05 at the station WARN00DEU we have replaced the device today. The receiver at the station WARN00DEU is now a JAVAD TRE 3S, SN 03024. 

The site log was updated.

The SEPT POLARX5E we used in the meantime continues operation. The data from this receiver are available at request.
