[IGSSTATION-8979] POLV00UKR: firmware upgrade

Dear colleagues,

On 13-JUN-2025 00:00 UTC the LEICA GR50 receiver firmware on the POLV00UKR station (Poltava, Ukraine) was changed from the version 4.82/7.900 to the version 4.83/7.900.

The POLV00UKR site log was updated via the SLM service.
