[IGSSTATION-8956] WARN00DEU: receiver changed due to device error

Dear colleagues,

the receiver at WARN00DEU stoped operation today. We are going to replace the device. Until then we use a secondary receiver, which is already installed at the station, to provide RINEX and real-time data. The receiver is a SEPT POLARX5E. 

The site log was updated.
