[IGSSTATION-8934] WGTN00NZL firmware upgrade

Dear Colleagues,

Please be informed that TRIMBLE ALLOY receiver firmware at stations WGTN00NZL has been upgraded to version 6.23.
Additionally, new observables for GPS, GLONASS, and BeiDou constellations have been enabled for tracking.

The updated sitelogs have been submitted to the SLM service.
