[IGSSTATION-8927] ALL JAXA STATION(CMUM00THA, DAE200KOR, etc.): Outage

We would like to inform you about the following stations:
1) Due to equipment changes, observation data from 2025-3-13 (DOY073) could not be sent for all JAXA stations(*). All data up to 2025-3-31 (DOY089) was stored today. 
2) DLTV00VNM station was restored on 2025-3-19 (DOY078).

*) CMUM00THA, DAE200KOR, DLTV00VNM, GMSD00JPN, JCTW00ZAF, JPRE00ZAF, MSSA00JPN, NCKU00TWN

The outages at CPMN and BRUN that we reported earlier are still ongoing.
