[IGSSTATION-8923] VIS000SWE: Antenna change

Dear colleagues,

The antenna on station VIS000SWE was replaced today, 2025-03-26 (DOY 085). The new antenna is a JAVRINGANT_DM equipped with an OSOD radome.  

An updated sitelog has been submitted to M3G.
