[IGSSTATION-8901] GOLD00USA: internal clock-steering

Dear Colleagues,

We would like to inform you that the GOLD00USA receiver is currently experiencing an issue tracking when the external reference is selected. As a result, data from January 27, 2025, approximately 21:00UTC, onward is being made public with the receiver in clock-steering mode, using the internal VCO.

Another email will be posted once the issue is resolved or a replacement unit has been installed.

IGS sitelog for GOLD00USA has been submitted to SLM for publication.
