[IGSSTATION-8900] BUCU00ROU firmware upgrade

Dear colleagues,

The Leica GR50 firmware was upgraded
from 4.61/7.811 to 4.82/7.900
on 17-01-2025 at 9:00 UTC.

The BUCU00ROU Sitelog was updated accordingly
at M3G and IGS.
The reason for delayed site log update
was the automatically upgrade on 17-01-2025.
