[IGSSTATION-8886] SGOC Hardware failure

Dear Colleagues,

the Javad GNSS receiver in our SGOC site in Colombo (Sri Lanka) failed 
in doy 310/2024. The station has no data since.
Spares have being sent to Colombo and will be installed next week.
