[IGSSTATION-8874] GVDG00GRC : inconsistency in RINEX headers 320/2024 to 345/2024

Dear Colleagues,

There is an inconsistency for GVDG00GRC, between the meta-data in the header of the RINEX observation file available from EPN/IGS data centres and the current station site log (GVDG00GRC_20241211.log), for DOY 320/2024 to 345/2024.
A wrong antenna type "TRM59800.00" is present in RINEX headers whereas the antenna is a "TRM159900.00" type.
It is corrected since DOY 2024/246 (m session for Hourly_30s files).
