[IGSSTATION-8860] ZIMM00CHE: Receiver change

Dear colleagues,

after about 10 years of operation we will replace the TRIMBLE NETR9 receiver by a LEICA GR50 today, 19-Nov-2024.
There will be an interruption of the data flow but we try to keep the gaps as small as possible.
An updated sitelog will be submitted after the change.
