[IGSSTATION-8839] HARB00ZAF : Station unavailable from 2024-09-19 to 2024-10-04

Dear Colleagues,

HARB00ZAF station was unavailable from 2024-09-19 to 2024-10-04 for verification of the reference position, following a change of antenna (loss of observations during September with the old antenna). The data have been reprocessed over the outage period. New sitelog has been submitted to IGS.
