[IGSSTATION-8818] BAUT00DEU: Receiver replaced

Dear colleagues,

we replaced the receivers at the station BAUT00DEU because of a hardware error. The site log file already contains the information about the new device. No rinex files are avialable for BAUT00DEU from doy 252 hour 5 to doy 255 hour 7.
