[IGSSTATION-8803] GOPE00CZE: firmware update

The firmware in the Trimble Alloy receiver at the GOPE station was 
updated today 2024-08-21 from version 6.05/5.45 to the actual version 
6.23/5.63.
The site log was updated in system and it was sent to validation.
