[IGSSTATION-8796] KOKB Station Outage

Dear IGS Community,

Station KOKB is currently offline due to recent wildfires and associated 
power outages in the area. At this time, we do not have an estimated 
timeframe for the restoration of full communications.

Available locally accumulated data will be collected and published once 
communications are restored.
