[IGSSTATION-8771] PRDS00CAN: H-Maser Failure

Dear Colleagues,

On Monday, May 13 at ~21:30utc the H-Maser at PRDS00CAN failed.  The PRDS00CAN receiver was switched to tracking with its internal oscillator on Wednesday May 15 at 03:29utc.  An updated site log has been submitted to the IGS SLM.
