[IGSSTATION-8743] CHUR00CAN: Data Outage and Receiver Upgrade

Dear Colleagues,

The backup power system for station CHUR00CAN partially failed on 2024-02-01 (2024-032) resulting in a data outage.   As part of the station upgrade to resolve this issue, the receiver at CHUR00CAN was changed to a SEPT POLARX5 on 2024-02-14 (2024-045).  All recovered data between 2024-02-01 and 2024-02-14 will be posted as soon as possible.  Unfortunately, there are a few data gaps during this window.

After the receiver change, the data for CHUR00CAN was quarantined for our internal review.  The CHUR00CAN data will become publicly available very soon.

An updated site log has been submitted to the IGS SLM.
