[IGSSTATION-8697] Announcement of GFZ Network Unavailability on November, 21

Dear colleagues,

Due to urgent maintenance work in our compute centre, all GFZ stations contributing to the IGS will be unavailable 
in the time from 7:00 to 13:00 UTC on November, 21.

All hourly data will be delivered after the maintenance is completed.

We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.
