[IGSSTATION-8682] GLPS00ECU: resume data publication

Dear IGS Community,

A maintenance work was carried out at the Galapagos Island (GLPS) IGS station from September 14th to September 16th, 2023. This maintenance included tasks such as replacing the antenna radome, Met(meteorological) and GNSS cables, among other necessary improvements. Data publication, which was temporarily halted due to this maintenance, will resume shortly. An updated site log will be made available soon to document all the events.
