[IGSSTATION-8631] CIBG00IDN : antenna change and data gap from 2023-04-26 to 2023-05-12

Dear Colleagues,
 
CIBG00IDN station (Indonesia) is back online since 2023-06-02, following an antenna failure. Change of antenna was made on 2023-05-12 then station was in quarantine to check the reference position. DT data from 2023-05-13 to 2023-06-02 have been sent. Data are lost from 2023-04-26 to 2023-05-12. New sitelog has been submitted to IGS.
