[IGSSTATION-8607] UNSA Hardware failure

Dear Colleagues,

the GNSS station UNSA in Salta / Argentina is currently not providing 
data. It is quite likely that the antenna is faulty due to heavy 
thunderstorms.
We are looking into this after Easter.
