[IGSSTATION-8590] NNOR00AUS nominal again since DOY 052

Dear all,

This is just to confirm that our station NNOR was recovered after solving a comms issue on DOY 052, and has been performing nominally since.
The data gap between 048 and 052 cannot be recovered as the receiver was not tracking at the time.
