RINEX3 data is available from CDDIS for all three stations.

CUIB00BRA and NAUS00BRA are providing real-time data to the BKG and CDDIS casters.  We appreciate the Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatistica (IBGE) and Warsaw University of Technology (WUT) for providing these IGS stations.
