[IGSSTATION-8579] SHAO data resumption and backlog.

Dear colleagues,

Following an extended hiatus, data collection from the IGS site SHAO has resumed with no changes to the equipment. Past raw data which was discovered as connections were restored, have also been collected, translated, and published as they had been prior to the outage.
