[IGSSTATION-8560] AC2300USA, AC2400USA: receiver firmware upgrade

Dear Colleagues,

The Soldotna, Alaska (AC2300USA) and King Salmon, Alaska (AC2400USA) IGS stations have had their SEPT POLARX5 receiver firmware upgraded to version 5.5.0.  The updated site logs have been posted at the IGS Centra Bureau.
