[IGSSTATION-8547] ONS100SWE: Data outage

Dear colleagues,

Due to a configuration mistake we lost connection with ONS100SWE from 2022-12-08 10:47 UTC to 22022-12-09 08:09 UTC. The configuration has been corrected  and the connection restored, but the data from that period has been lost.
