[IGSSTATION-8536] Upgrade of OP7100FRA station.

Dear Colleagues,

We inform you that the IGS station OP7100FRA, located in Observatoire de Paris, Paris, France was upgraded since yesterday 2022-11-27 thanks to a change of receiver main unit. Instead of a Septentrio PolaRx4TR, the station is now based on a Septentrio PolaRx5TR multi-GNSS unit operated with the latest firmware.

The related updated site log is transmitted to the IGS CB.
