[IGSSTATION-8526] Firmware upgrade on a list of WCDA stations

The following PolaRx5 receiver's firmware have been upgraded from 5.1.1|5.1.2 to 5.2.0 on
Nov 1, 2022. The updated station log files are available at ftp://wcda.pgc.nrcan.gc.ca/pub/siteinfo
via anonymous FTP.

BPEB: 5.1.2 -> 5.2.0
GLDR: 5.1.2 -> 5.2.0
MRIB: 5.1.2 -> 5.2.0
PTAL: 5.1.2 -> 5.2.0
PTRF: 5.1.2 -> 5.2.0
QUAD: 5.1.2 -> 5.2.0
SC04: 5.1.2 -> 5.2.0
SHPB: 5.1.2 -> 5.2.0
TAHB: 5.1.2 -> 5.2.0
WOSB: 5.1.1 -> 5.2.0

Their firmware will be further upgraded to the more recent version in due time.

It is noticed that the RINEX V3 files for these stations are available from the same FTP server above,
and the CDDIS data centre since day 2022-063.
