[IGSSTATION-8513] update station AGGO00ARG

Dear community,
I am attaching information about the last update made in the observatory that affected the height of the GNSS antenna. The reason is the incorporation of a structure in its base that facilitates the measurements of the local ties without the need to remove the antenna each time the campaign is carried out.
You can see in the attached photos how the final position of the antenna with the mentioned structure has been left.
